Heedify receptionist console is a Teams voice client, calls rings directly on the receptionist console.Receptionist answer and manages the calls in the same interface. No interface change is required.

Heedify Attendant Console is 100 %  based on Microsoft Graph API. You need to consent some permissions to enable Heedify Cloud manage Calls.There is no infrastructure requirement.  

 

Heedify Attendant Console supports any type of PSTN connectivity To Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Calling Plan, Direct Routing and Operator Connect are all supported.
